Jean Mary (nee Howard).
Our hearts are broken at the loss of Jean, who left us suddenly on Sunday, 13 October 2024 at the incredible
age of 94. Jean was a much loved mother to Jonathon, Caroline and Philip, sister to Brian in England, mother-in-law to Kelvin, adoring grandmother to Tessa and Elise, as well as Howard and Henry overseas. She was a
caring, talented and private person who will be greatly missed. A small service will be held before her burial at
Auckland Memorial Park, Silverdale on Friday 18 October at 11am. All are welcome. Grateful thanks to
the amazing staff at Harbour Hospice, to the wonderful doctors at Medplus North Shore, and to the staff at CHT
Onewa who worked so hard during the past few days. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Harbour Hospice.
