Wayne Laurence George

Born July 30, 1946. Passed away peacefully on August 24, 2023 at the Harbour Hospice, Takapuna. I called him ‘Bugs’… he called me ‘Spud’. Precious, dearly beloved husband of Jill for 52 + years. Treasured Dad of Dominic and Christian and their partners Karina and Stacey. Fun Poppa to Neena, Lucy, Ben, Sam and Marcus. Much loved by grandson Cameron and partner Tayla and granddaughter Sara in Australia. Dearly loved brother of Laurel and brother-in-law Timothy Judd. A Memorial Service to celebrate Wayne’s life will be held at H. Morris, “Romaleigh”, 31 Ocean View Road, Northcote on Friday 1st September, 2023 at 11am.
