Ruth Sommerford

Sommerford, Elizabeth (Ruth), nee Blandford.

Ruth passed away peacefully on Monday, 16^th October 2023, at Harbour Hospice North Shore. Aged 72 years. Loved daughter of the late Olga and George and sister to the late Brenton Blandford (UK). Loved by her nephew Guy and Vanessa (UK); cousins George, Barbara, Ken and Jocelyn (Aus); and many of Ruth’s friends throughout New Zealand. Deep gratitude to the staff at Ward 6 North Shore Hospital, and Harbour Hospice North Shore, for your loving care. Ruth’s funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity, 20 Church St, Devonport, on Friday 27^th October at 10.30am.
