Died after a sudden medical event on 10 June 2025, age 55.

Adored and deeply loved son of his Mum, Dale; treasured son of Ron, and Kingsley who embraced him as a son and was loved in return as a father; absolute legend and protector to his sister, Kim and her partner, Lee; and an idolised uncle and role-model to Bronté and Kade.

Dean will be lying in state at Kim’s home between Saturday and Tuesday.

A service for Dean will be held at East Coast Bays Rugby Club, 496 East Coast Road, Windsor Park on Thursday 19 June 2025 at 11.30am.
