At home
When you are ready, call the Doctor. Once you have contacted the Doctor, call us and we will help you through the next steps (09) 489 5737.
At a rest home
The rest home staff will arrange for a Doctor to come and confirm the cause of death. Once the Doctor has been, or there is confirmation that they are on their way, call us on (09) 489 5737. We will arrange to bring your loved one into our care and make a time to meet and discuss what happens next.
In a public hospital
Call us when you are ready on (09) 489 5737. We will contact the hospital directly and arrange to bring your loved one into our care and make a time to meet and discuss what happens next.
